Prince Louis is a One Republic fan.
The father of the four-year-old little prince, Prince William, met the authors of the hit “Counting Stars” following their performance at the Earthshot Prize ceremony, which took place on Tuesday (07.11.23) at the Theater at Mediacorp from Singapore and he told Ryan Tedder and his teammates that his youngest son knew their music very well.
According to HELLO! online, William told the group: “I can’t thank you enough. You were incredible. What a way to start the show. It was incredible. Louis, my youngest, loves your songs.”
But the Prince of Wales admitted that Louis’ older brother, 10-year-old Prince George, still preferred rock veterans AC/DC.
The ceremony was closed by Bastille, who performed his song “Pompeii” with Freya Ridings and the Voices of Singapore choir. William, who is also father to seven-year-old Princess Charlotte with his wife Catherine, Princess of Wales, told the group the song had an emotional impact on the audience.
