Salon employees refer to the fact that FSUE NAMI, subordinated to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, is delaying the issuance of the title, without which it is impossible to transfer the car to the buyer. The problems, in particular, concern the popular Chinese brands Changan, Haval, Chery, Omoda, Exeed.
