Reason for the recall: Absence of mandatory mention on the packaging: “WARNING, KEEP AWAY FROM FIRE” – Presence of too much formaldehyde
Risks incurred by the consumer: Risk of poisoning
Action to be taken by the consumer: It is recommended that you stop using the costume immediately and return it to the point of sale where it was purchased to obtain a refund.
