(Archyde.com) – The Algerian state oil and gas company Sonatrach announced the start of production in two gas fields south of the Berkine Basin, which it manages with Eni, with a daily production rate of one million cubic meters.

Sonatrach added that production will reach two million cubic meters before the end of the year to boost Algeria’s gas exports.
