PTT appoints Tossaporn Sirisamphan as chairman of the board, effective from 8 April : InfoQuest

PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) disclosed that the Board of Directors Meeting No. 4/2022 held on 8 April 65 has a resolution to appoint Prof. Dr. Tosaporn Sirisamphan, an independent director, to be the chairman of the board.

and approve the appointment of specific directors as follows:

– Nomination Committee

Mr. Danucha Pitchayanan, Independent Director, is the chairman of the board. (newly appointed)

Mr. Phayong Srivanich Independent Director as Director (Unchanged)

Mr. Pongsatorn Thavisin Director as Director (unchanged)

– Remuneration Committee

General Teerawat Bunyawat, Independent Director, as Chairman of the Board (maintained)

Mr. Kritsada Chinavicharana, Director as Director (unchanged)

Mr. Chansin Treenuchagron* Independent Director as Director (newly appointed)

– Good Corporate Governance Committee

Mr. Jatuporn Burusphat, Independent Director, is the Chairman of the Board. (change position)
