Doha: An exhibition by Qatar Ministry of Environment and Climate Change introducing eco-friendly modes of transport. The new cars will be on display at the Katara Cultural Village.

The exhibition was organized by the Department of Green Development and Environmental Sustainability under the Ministry in collaboration with Sheikh Khalifa bin Ali Al Thani, who is prominent in electric car technology.

The exhibition aims to encourage people to adopt electric and hybrid cars, which play a major role in protecting the environment and reducing carbon emissions. Many people came to the exhibition venue to understand the advantages and benefits of such vehicles.

Under the leadership of the Qatar Ministry of Transport, electric vehicles are being promoted in the country. There are already many electric buses in the public transport sector. The aim is to increase 25 percent of the cars in the country to be electric cars by creating basic facilities and creating awareness
