According to Golestan: ‘We organize this tournament every year under your help. We have lighting problem, we have rough ground problem. The appropriate fee for the tournament has been fixed at Rs 2500, which covers electricity bills, generator and petrol expenses along with referee expenses, team kits and final match prizes.
