This wait-and-see was not very lucky in the key race on November 5, but still delivered an excellent final effort. Supplemented to participate in this meeting, he is logically one of the candidates for success.
Race analysis
With a formidable burst of final speed, Just Light (13) might certainly have been fourth on November 5 if he had had free rein earlier. Supplemented by Alain Couétil to contest this event, this son of Hunter’s Light should not disappoint. Baden Rocks (5) has regained freshness since his failure in the Prix du Val d’Or and discovers here a task in his ropes. Mr. Xoo (6), in a clear return to form, Lettyt Fight (4), able to overcome his recent seven-pound penalty, Srifanelogreen (3), author of a very good finish in the September 19 event at Saint-Cloud, and Cheek To Cheek (16), who is challenging his elders for the first time, are all great opportunities for runners-up. Breath of Fire (14) is clearly more at home on grass, but his form is such that it would be risky to eliminate him. Winner for his only try on the sand, Berkane (2) is an attractive outsider.
