The General Court of Rabigh Governorate in the Makkah region closed the curtain on the incident of the teacher who filed a complaint in the month of Rajab of the year 1441 AH accusing a school leader of spitting on him and pulling his beard inside a room in the same school and threatening him.

The General Court of Rabigh Governorate sentenced the school leader to ten days in prison, and the ruling gained final status with the support of the Appeals Court in Makkah Al Mukarramah region.

According to the details obtained by “Previously”, in the news I published on Rajab 6, 1441 AH under the title: (spitting, pulling a beard and threatening..a judgment of “apology and pledge” on a school leader in favor of a teacher in Rabigh), the General Court of Rabigh had received a complaint Referred by the Public Prosecution by a teacher working in a school in Rabigh governorate at the time, the school leader in which he works complains about it, accusing him of being spit on and pulling his beard by the school leader, closing one of the rooms and threatening him the next day.

The court then sentenced the school leader to apologize; Meanwhile, the aggrieved teacher objected and submitted an objection to the apology ruling and overturned it, so that the court finally decided to imprison the defendant, “the school leader,” for ten days.

For his part, the aggrieved teacher called on the Ministry of Education to impose the legally prescribed penalty for Article 9 of the Code of Employment Conduct, which stipulates not to do any act that violates the values, customs or norms of society.
