A friend of the 14-year-old is said to have stolen a car at the end of December, it was a police officer’s private vehicle. The young Romanian then raced across Linz with it until an accident involving injuries occurred on the A7 in the Urfahr district. In the car were his friends: two other 14-year-old boys and a 13-year-old.
