Rail traffic was disrupted Tuesday from 6:00 a.m. in Liège. A passenger train which was to make the connection between Welkenraedt and Ostend found itself immobilized at the entrance to Liège-Guillemins station, said an Infrabel spokesperson.
Two of the station’s nine tracks are blocked.
A dozen trains have already been removed. The duration of the disturbance is indefinite, specified the SNCB and the rail traffic manager.
