The Hyundai driver beat his teammate Esapekka Lappi (+ 0.7 seconds) and the Estonian Ott Tänak (Ford, +1.4 seconds). The World Champion Kalle Rovanperäwho left at the same time as Neuville, had to settle for sixth place, 4 seconds behind the Belgian.
