Vienna – Ludwig van Beethoven was confronted with military battles throughout his life, keyword: Napoleon. The celebrated representative of Viennese classicism now has to deal with a battle of a different kind in the Vienna House of Music: with rhythmic battles of words in rhyme form, a so-called rap battle. In the immersive exhibition Beethoven // Opus 360 the bespectacled visitors can go into virtual realities. In a small castle, an attractive young man dressed in old-fashioned clothes steps into the ring: young Ludwig van.
