Vythiri: Vythiri police have arrested five people, including two women, in a case of rape of a non-state woman at a private resort in Poonchola. They were produced in court and remanded for 14 days.
A resident of Coimbatore complained to the police. They sought treatment at Vaithiri Taluk Hospital.
Investigation of the case is being conducted under the leadership of Kalpatta DYSP TP Jacob. Two more people are to be arrested in the case.
