Dubai: As part of the UAE’s 52nd National Day celebrations, the Department of Public Services announced that public fines in Ras Al Khaimah will be discounted by 50 percent throughout the month of December.
Ras Al Khaimah Services Department Director General Khalid Fadal Al Ali said this initiative is part of the department’s commitment to spread joy among members of the community on National Day.
Residents will be encouraged to clear outstanding fines. Such lenient fines are aimed at taking into account the social and economic conditions of individuals.
