At least four shootings occurred over the weekend in Boston, prompting a series of investigations by the city’s police.
No one died in either incident.
On Sunday around 10:00 pm police found several bullet casings on Brookway Road in Roslindale. However, it was not clear if anyone was actually injured.
That was regarding an hour following Boston police were in the area of Shawmut and Lenox avenues, right near Ramsay Park. Officers said they found a person shot there. The victim was taken to a hospital, so they might be treated for injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
Police on Saturday investigated two shootings regarding 30 minutes apart.
One occurred in Roxbury and the other in Dorchester. The two people shot were expected to survive. It is not clear if those two cases are connected.
Police have not announced any arrests.
