Anxiety behaviors, boredom, lack of concentration, excessive prominence of social networks, violent behavior, decline in academic performance, fatigue, loneliness, depression… are some of the signs that the family and educational environment must monitor without falling into overprotection. They are early ages, key for the good subsequent development of each person and the message is clear. We must avoid stigmatization and opt for therapies and treatments without being afraid to ask for help from professionals and associations, to save time.

We can get out of this and the disorders can become chronic and improve in order to develop a normal life. Resources must be expanded in the face of the growth of problems that affect our adolescents, at an increasingly younger age.
