The Board of Directors of the Water and Electricity Regulatory Authority headed by Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Energy and Chairman of the Board of Directors, approved a decision to amend the costs of delivering electric service to consumers, according to the powers granted to the Authority in each of the electricity system issued by Royal Decree No. (M/44) dated 16/ 5/1442 AH, and its executive regulations related to the tasks of the Authority, and the organization of the Authority issued by Cabinet Resolution No. (263) dated 5/14/1442 AH.
Reducing the period for connecting electrical service to new buildings to 20 days
