This bill ratifying the ordinance n° 2023-393 of May 24, 2023 reforming the regime for mergers, demergers, partial transfers of assets and cross-border operations of commercial companies, deliberated in the Council of Ministers following consulting the Council of State, will be presented to the Senate by the Keeper of the Seals , Minister of Justice, who will be responsible for explaining the reasons and supporting the discussion.
