Alain Fayt, the creator of the Brussels restaurant Restobières, has died. He was a specialist in the art of cooking with beer.
After 20 years in the kitchen of his now legendary restaurant and aged 73, Alain Fayt had let go in 2021.
On the restaurant’s Facebook page, his daughter unveiled a poem signed Alain Fayt to announce the sad news.
