Al-Shaitani indicated, during an interview with the “This Morning” program broadcast on the “Extra News” satellite channel, today, Monday, that the state is moving greatly in the file of family planning By providing a number of services such as organizing campaigns, noting that out of every 100 women in Egypt, 60 women use family planning methods, and there are 13 women who are satisfied with their children but do not use contraceptives.
Dr. Atef El-Sheetani, a former rapporteur of the National Population Council and a reproductive health consultant, added that out of every 100 pregnancies in Egypt, 16 are “bigwa galata”, pointing out that this is a chronic and widespread problem in Egypt.
