For three intensive months, the Tuscany Region has been actively collaborating with retired unions, forging a crucial listening and work workshop. This initiative focuses on a complete redesign of territorial healthcare services, aiming to bring healthcare closer to communities.

Between May and June, a dedicated group of citizen volunteers stepped forward. They had the unique opportunity to experience firsthand how the new territorial assistance model functions in practice. This hands-on involvement is key to refining the system before its full deployment.
