According to the portal, referring to the footage of its readers, the headquarters of the Southern Military District, the head office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Federal Security Service and the city administration have been cordoned off. Earlier, videos appeared on social networks, which allegedly recorded the entry into the city of various equipment, including those not related to the staff of the RF Armed Forces.
At the same time, judging by the video, the civilian population is not particularly concerned regarding what is happening – at least people are watching the movement of the military from close.
