Residents of rue Boisclair, Almaville district in Shawinigan, who must evacuate the premises before March 15 because of the “imminent” risk of landslide, deplore that the City did not act sooner, considering that the problem was known for years. Both tenants, they also denounce the compensation offered to them to leave – an amount of $1,000 which they consider clearly insufficient.
