Road Accident on the Nationale 63 Liège-Marche: Hemeco Firefighters Respond

It was 7:20 a.m. when firefighters from the Hemeco zone were called to intervene following a road accident which took place on the Nationale 63 Liège-Marche.

Shortly before, for a reason that remains to be determined, a motorist lost control of his car and drove straight on at the roundregarding. Firefighters in the Hemeco area were notified of the incident. A marking vehicle and a pumper went to the site.

Eight firefighters were part of the mission. The motorist was not injured in the incident. He refused to be taken by ambulance. The firefighters returned to the station at 7:50 a.m. A strip of the roundregarding had to be blocked to allow the vehicle to be repaired. The local police were informed of the facts and carried out the usual findings.
