At least 4 children were killed and 12 injured when a school bus overturned in the Barabanki district of the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.
Those injured in the bus accident were rushed to the nearest hospital, said Ajay Singh, a local police officer in this Indian state.
Singh said the children were returning from a picnic at a zoo in the state capital Lucknow, and the accident occurred when the bus driver tried to avoid a collision with a motorcycle.
