Roy Vitoria, coach of the Egyptian national team

And the Egyptian Federation stated in its official account on Twitter at dawn today, Tuesday: “The Egyptian Football Association has reached a final agreement with Portuguese Roy Vitoria to lead the Egyptian national team for the next 4 years.”

The Egyptian fans suffered great disappointment following losing the final of the African Nations Cup, in addition to not qualifying for the World Cup in the past months under the leadership of Portuguese Queiroz.

Vitoria has previously coached Spartak Moscow, Saudi Al Nasr, Benfica, and many other clubs.

Vitoria will succeed Egyptian coach Ihab Galal, who was criticized following Egypt lost Ethiopia in the African Nations Cup qualifiers last month.
