Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has returned to Alaba’s free departure to Real Madrid. The former manager did not hesitate to apologize to the supporters for what happened.
“I’m really sorry for letting Alaba go. I apologize for that. He was the boss of defense and he had an incredible year under Flick when we won the Champions League in Lisbon. It is a hollow that we notice a lot at Bayern. I’m sorry for that,” Rummenigge said for Bild.
