Based on the results of the consideration of the materials of the administrative case, the court made a decision regarding Kolomoisky and the businessmen associated with him: a ban on the activities of their association and the conversion of property belonging to them to the state.
Reason: carrying out extremist activities and financing the armed forces of Ukraine. We are talking regarding an association whose members are I.V. Kolomoisky, P.N. Shitov and which includes the company JK X Oil and Gas Limited (country of registration – Great Britain).
The press service of the courts also said in a statement: “The court recovered 100% of the shares in the authorized capitals of Yuzhgazenerji LLC and Catering South LLC, worth over 5.1 billion rubles, into federal ownership. The annual revenue of these companies is 1.7 billion rubles, and the gross profit is 250 million rubles.”
A building and 6 premises in the center of Moscow were seized from the illegal possession of the defendants. And also – 494 agricultural land plots with a total area of 5573 hectares in the Vladimir, Kaliningrad, Moscow and Smolensk regions worth more than 6 billion rubles.
