“The Cabinet of Ministers gave defense industry enterprises the right to use all reserves, including mobilization capacities,” said Sergei Shoigu, as quoted by telegram channel defense department. The head of the Russian Ministry of Defense noted that the production of artillery systems and ammunition for them is now in first place. They will go to the needs of the special operation.

To increase production, the Ministry of Defense made a number of concessions on concluding contracts with defense enterprises. Thus, the volume of testing was reduced and the requirements for the selection of components were reduced, provided that the final product was of high quality.

Earlier, the German newspaper Zeit wrote that Russia is replenishing its arms reserves faster than expected in the West.
