“The Cabinet of Ministers gave defense industry enterprises the right to use all reserves, including mobilization capacities,” said Sergei Shoigu, as quoted by telegram channel defense department. To increase production, the Ministry of Defense made a number of concessions on concluding contracts with defense enterprises. Thus, the volume of testing was reduced and the requirements for the selection of components were reduced, provided that the final product was of high quality.
