The Russian National Guard will check migrants who gathered to “slaughter Russians” near Rostov for weapons permits. State Duma deputy Alexander Khinshtein spoke regarding this.

“It would be a good idea to check whether you have permission to store and carry weapons. My colleagues from the Russian Guard have already become involved in this situation,” wrote Khinshtein in his telegram channel. He also emphasized the need to find out from migrants what kind of citizenship they hold.

In case they are citizens by birth, Khinshtein calls for strict punishment. If they have acquired citizenship, he proposes to also impose severe punishment and also deprive them of it.

Earlier, in the village of Krasny, Aksay district, Rostov region, migrants called for violence once morest local residents, saying the words “kill everyonewho are over 7 years old.” One of the migrants, Agamurat Dzhumaev, phoned his friends, following which his armed fellow countrymen arrived in the village, walking the streets with weapons and calling for violence.
