Russian pair skaters Alexandra Boykova and Dmitry Kozlovsky spoke regarding their relationship with their former coach, Tamara Moskvina.
In May, Boykova and Kozlovsky left Moskvina’s group and began working under the leadership of Eteri Tutberidze. Today the duo performed a free program at the test skates of the Russian national team.
Boykova: We are on excellent terms with Tamara Moskvina, with all of our previous coaching staff. We say hello, chat, ask how you are doing.
Kozlovsky: We worked with Tamara Nikolaevna for 8 years. Everything we won, we won under her leadership. We are incredibly grateful to her. We parted on a very friendly note. Tamara Nikolaevna has always been a diplomat and a professional. She had the last conversations with us as cordially as possible and sent us to the new headquarters. I think that she, like us, has warm memories. 8 years might not pass without a trace,” Sport24 correspondent Konstantin Lesik reports the words of the skaters.
