Shoigu said that the offensive attempts were thwarted, “the enemy did not achieve his goals, suffered significant and incomparable losses.”

Ukraine, according to Shoigu, lost up to 3,715 military personnel, 52 tanks, 207 armored fighting vehicles, 134 vehicles, 5 aircraft, 2 helicopters, 48 ​​field artillery guns and 53 drones in three days of hostilities in all directions.

The minister also named the losses of the RF Armed Forces: in the course of repelling the offensive, 71 servicemen were killed, 210 were injured. 15 tanks, 9 infantry fighting vehicles, 2 vehicles and 9 guns were destroyed.

The last time Shoigu called the number of Russian casualties in the NWO was in September, when partial mobilization was announced. Then the minister said that since the beginning of the special operation, the losses of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation amounted to 5,937 people.
