Al-Marsad newspaper: A Kuwaiti government source revealed that the Prime Minister, Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled, will ask to be relieved of his post; He submitted his resignation to the political leadership, according to Al-Qabas newspaper.
An official source stated that there is a tendency to assign a new prime minister to lead the government in the next phase.
This comes as the number of deputies who announced their support for the vote increased but did not cooperate with the prime minister, the last of whom was the deputies of the Hadas bloc.
The source confirmed that the government will not enter the session next Wednesday, April 6, to vote on a proposal, as Al-Khaled will submit his resignation in the coming days.
