Mauro Colagreco’s first London restaurant, located within the newly opened Raffles London at The OWO, has been awarded a Michelin star, the guide announced today. The restaurant, which opened in 2023 as part of the landmark Aged War Office building on Whitehall, received the recognition in the 2026 Michelin Guide United Kingdom.
The Michelin Guide describes Mauro Colagreco at Raffles London at The OWO as offering “high quality cooking” and notes its emphasis on British produce, highlighting that the menu lists over 70 varieties of British fruit and vegetables. The restaurant’s wine list is described as comprehensive, with pairings considered thoughtfully.
Colagreco, a three-Michelin-starred chef, brings his culinary approach to British ingredients at the London location. The OWO, a luxury hotel and residence, features 12 distinct restaurants and bars, alongside the Guerlain spa and Pillar Wellness center. Raffles London at The OWO is operated by Accor Hotels.
Leonel Aguirre leads service at both Mauro Colagreco at Raffles London and Mauro’s Table, according to Raffles London. He previously worked at Beach Bar & Grill by Mauro Colagreco in Dubai, which received recognition in the Gault Millau Guide.
The restaurant is open Tuesday through Saturday, with varying hours. We see closed on Mondays and Sundays. Reservations can be made online through the Michelin Guide website or directly through the restaurant.
