The Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain (Afsca) told us that it had not yet completed its investigation into Ferrero. “We are in the process of writing a statement of offense and when it will be complete, with the results of the analyzes carried out, we will send it to the public prosecutor’s office”, specifies Afsca spokesperson Aline Van Den Broeck.
