On the way to the tenth cup title in their history, the Bulls beat Bundesliga rivals TSV Hartberg 5-4 in a penalty shootout as a result of a 1-1 draw following extra time (1-1, 0-0). LASK also lost to second division team Kapfenberg following a goalless 120 Minutes into the shootout. The guests had the upper hand there with 5:4.
