Vienna – Ice hockey champions Salzburg’s early winning streak was broken in Innsbruck. The Tyrolean “Sharks” inflicted their first defeat on the previously unbeaten Salzburg team with a 2-1 win following extra time on Tuesday in the 5th round of the ICE League. The new frontrunner is HC Pustertal, the only team still undefeated. The Bruneck team defeated the KAC 5:3.
