The Korea Consumer Agency and the National Institute of Technology and Standards announced that, as a result of Samsung Electronics’ own analysis, it was confirmed that the external glass might come off due to residual foreign substances on the door lid and the adhesive surface of the external glass.
The target models are regarding 106,000 units of three Bespoke Grande AI products produced from September last year to May of this year.

The Consumer Agency urged consumers who own the product to take action through the Samsung Electronics Customer Center and Samsung Electronics Service website as soon as possible.
