Samsung sells OLED TVs in India for the first time – S90C and S95C series announced to start at $2060

South Korean tech giant Samsung has started selling OLED TVs in India for the first time. The S90C and S95C models appeared in the Indian market.

Here’s what we know

All TVs feature OLED displays with 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10, HDR10+, HLG and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro. However, Dolby Vision is not supported. HDMI 2.1, USB-A, RJ-45, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Apple AirPlay/Miracast are supported.

All TVs work with the Tizen operating system. The S90C series is equipped with 40W stereo speakers. The S95C range is equipped with 70W stereo speakers.

In India, TVs start at $2,060. In the United States, the series S90C is sold between 1800 and 3600 dollars and the series S95C between 2500 and 4500 dollars. Available sizes are 55″, 65″ and 77″.
