Zurich (awp) – The energy company Axpo has announced the appointment of Samuel Leupold as a future member of the board of directors. His election will take place on January 19, 2024 during the general meeting.
Chairman of specialist offshore wind developer Corio Generation, Mr Leupold was previously Managing Director of Orsted Wind Power and responsible for the international energy and trade sector at BKW, a statement said.
The 50-year-old will succeed Hanspeter Fässler who is resigning from his position as vice-president and member of the board of directors of Axpo following seven years in office.
