Strabag has prevailed for the time being in a crime thriller regarding the disempowerment of the sanctioned oligarch Oleg Deripaska. The Russian, who was involved in the construction group through his company MKAO Rasperia Trading, defended himself in court and demanded interim measures. As can be seen from a recent decision by the Supreme Court (OGH), he was unsuccessful (OGH December 20, 2023, 6 Ob 215/23w). Further proceedings are still open.
