A 41-year-old man was electrocuted this Friday night in Santiago del Estero. The incident occurred while they were celebrating a family birthday.
The fatal victim was identified as Raúl Olivera. In the middle of the celebrations, Olivera was enjoying herself in the pool when he decided to go out and grab a microphone to do karaoke.
At that moment, according to Clarín, the team gave him an electric shock that caused his death on the spot.
Local media pointed out that the troops who worked in the place, a house located in the Almirante Brown neighborhood, of the provincial capital, reported that the event occurred due to the wet body of the victim and a malfunction in the electrical system of the device.
