First grand prize of the autumn literary season, the Roman Fnac prize, awarded by 400 readers and booksellers, goes this year to My favorite, first novel by Sarah Jollien-Fardel from Valais. This news comes just three days following another big announcement: My favorite is selected for the Goncourt Prize, the winner of which will be announced on November 3. “My dream had already come true by being published in a quality publishing house. I would never have imagined such a welcome for my book, it is beyond my wildest dreams”, explains the author who is also a journalist, editor-in-chief of Payot magazine, love to read.
