Saudi Arabia announces health requirements for travelers during Hajj

The General Authority of Civil Aviation in Saudi Arabia issued a new circular to all airlines operating in the Kingdom’s airports, including private aviation, regarding the health requirements that must be met by travelers coming to the Kingdom. For the purpose of performing Hajj for the year 1443 AH.

The circular stipulates that all airlines carrying travelers coming to the Kingdom for the purpose of performing the Hajj rituals for the year 1443 AH are obligated to abide by procedures, including that the traveler must be under 65 Gregorian years, and to complete immunization with basic doses of (Covid_19) vaccines approved by the Ministry of Health.

The conditions include that he submit a negative test result (PCR) for the Corona virus (Covid_19) for a sample taken within 72 hours before the date of departure to the Kingdom.

The authority emphasized that non-compliance with the circulars issued by the authority; It is an explicit violation of government orders, and legal measures will be taken once morest the violator, and he will be held responsible for that.
