Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Activists circulated on social media, videos of a quarrel involving 3 women and 3 men, which sparked an interaction.
The Saudi Ministry of Interior republished the camouflaged video clip on its official page on the Snapchat website.
In a comment on the video, the Ministry of Interior said: “The Riyadh police arrested 3 male citizens and 3 female citizens, who appeared in a video clip on social media, in a quarrel between them in a public facility.”
And the Ministry of Interior continued in its statement: “It was found from the inference procedures that the quarrel was due to a previous dispute, and they were arrested, and legal measures were taken once morest them and referred to the Public Prosecution.”
