Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Activists on social media circulated a video clip in which the US Senator, Ted Cruz, attacked US President Joe Biden and his administration’s foreign policy, describing his statement to make “the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia a pariah state” as “folly”.
Senator Cruz’s comments came in an interview he gave on Fox Channel, in which he said: “If we look at the Saudis, the Saudis want to be our friends, Biden did everything he might to attack them and prevent the sale of weapons to them, Biden said he would make Saudi Arabia a pariah, it’s stupidity… “
And he continued, “Not only that, Biden is doing everything he can to give Iran billions of dollars and allow them to have a nuclear weapon that the Saudis fear the Iranians will use once morest them, so it is not surprising at all following Biden insulted them and mocked them and demonized them to say go jump in the lake ( Do what you like) we will reduce oil production…”
He added: “If you had a serious foreign policy, you would treat friends well while treating enemies badly, but Biden did it the opposite.”
