Yet Christian Le Squer has been bringing his starry touch to the cuisine of Le Cinq restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel George V for two decades. A memorable anniversary that deserved much more than a candle! To celebrate the feat, a menu entitled “20 years of excellence” brings together the emblematic dishes that have made the reputation of the place and the chef. Served in nine stages, it’s a festival of flavours, technique and delicacies, played out under the watchful eye of gourmets. If the incredible standing spaghetti with truffles and mushrooms will seduce, among others, lovers of comforting and regressive flavors, the dairy frosted with the taste of yeast, evanescent and immaculate, will remain our most beautiful encounter with the chef’s cuisine.
