SC Agrotech Limited announces that Mr. Amit Kumar has resigned from his position as Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer, as well as from his position as a Senior Executive Officer of the Company, with immediate effect from the close of business on January 13, 2024. He decided to work as an independent CS. There is no other reason for the resignation of the secretary general.
The company has accepted his decision to resign from the services of the company with immediate effect. The resignation letter will be submitted to the Board of Directors at the next Board meeting for review and formal acceptance in accordance with the Bylaws. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee will identify and recommend to the Board the appointment of a new Corporate Secretary and Compliance Officer in due course.
