Third division soccer team SC Verl has signed former U21 national player Adrian Fein. The 24-year-old comes on a free transfer from Excelsior Rotterdam in the Dutch Eredivisie.
Midfielder Fein comes from FC Bayern’s youth ranks and was once one of the top talents of his year, but he didn’t make his big breakthrough.
He played three Bundesliga games for Greuther Fürth and played 33 times for Hamburger SV in the 2nd Bundesliga. Fein played three times in the Europa League for PSV Eindhoven.
